BUG FIX! 0.0.3 Release!

I had to revamp and remove many of the previous settings as it caused performance issues. After a long day of coding I was able to find a solution that increased PC response and removed the issue entirely at hand!

- Revamped Settings

- UI adjustments

- Fixed performance issues

- Savefile adjustments

- Audio adjustments

- Saveslot now is a chip looking thing instead of a book.

- Began the ui screen for the first world

What I essentially did was remove that each unique savefile had their own settings to just make it global. Settings can only be adjusted at the title screen and will be universal therefore no more performance issues although it does take away from the customization. Perhaps later I can find a solution to a better customization.
